Usage

Refer to the lists of locations already used. If an authoritative version of a name is not available, create an AACR2-compliant heading: Street (City, St.).

For renamed streets, enter the new name in this field. (The title and/or description should contain the name used when the photo was taken.)

Spell out the words for numbered street names and the words identifying the type of street (Avenue, Boulevard, Road, Street, etc.).

Do not use “Unknown”—just leave the field blank.
