LibGuides 2: Training for Authors: Course Guides

All course guides are collated on the Course Guides page. In order to get your course guides to show up under the appropriate Subject you need to make sure the guide has 3 settings set:

1. The guide type must be set to Course Guide.
2. The guide's status must be Published.
3. The subject you want it to appear under must be listed in the Subjects field.

In order to get the Course Guides page to list the guides in order by course number, the preferred guide title layout is: 

Course Number: Course Title (optional instructor name)

Ex. POLS 371: Latin American Foreign Policy (Gray)
