Welcome!

The past couple of years have been marked by a number of challenging events, and many people are struggling to cope with the emotional impact of these experiences. Whether we have a direct connection to these events or simply feel the weight of the world as members of a larger society, it's important to acknowledge the toll they can take on our mental health and well-being.

In recognition of the ongoing need to prioritize mental health and well-being, we have created this guide to provide resources for learning about different mental health-related issues and strategies for leading a healthier and happier life. This guide is intended to support members of the community who may be experiencing challenges related to stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns.

All the books and ebooks listed in this guide are available for checkout at UofL Libraries. Click on the title or the cover to be taken to the listing in our catalog. If you have any suggestions for possible additions to this guide, please contact melissa.rothman@louisville.edu.
