Ekstrom Library Policies: Disturbances

The University Libraries at the University of Louisville provide access to resources, services, and spaces that support and enhance the academic mission of the University. To maintain a conducive environment for study and research, all Libraries users are expected to:

1. Ensure their actions do not disrupt the ability of others to access and benefit from the Libraries' resources, services, and spaces.
2. Adhere to the Student Code of Conduct, the University of Louisville Code of Conduct, other University regulations and policies, and applicable laws.

Failure to comply with these expectations may result in the individual being asked to leave the Libraries. In cases of serious or repeated violations, individuals may be referred to the Dean of Students office or the University of Louisville Police Department.
