Ekstrom Library Policies: 24-hr study area

The west side of Ekstrom Library provides a 24-hour study space during the Fall and Spring semesters. This area is open continuously from Sunday at 12:00 pm through Friday at 5:00 pm each week.

Additionally, the west side of the library is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, during the period starting the weekend before the beginning of final exams and continuing until the conclusion of final exams.

Overnight access to the 24-hour study space is restricted to current UofL faculty, staff, and students with a valid UofL ID. Contracted security personnel may require a valid UofL ID for admittance to the 24-hour space between 11:30 pm and 7:30 am.
