Data Management

Data Management

Data management is an important aspect of research in all disciplines. This resource guide is intended to guide you through the steps of the data management lifecycle to support how you plan for, find, describe, organize, preserve, and share your data.

Questions? Contact Tessa Withorn, Data Services Coordinator for the Belknap campus.

If you are a researcher on the Health Sciences campus, check out the resource guide from the Kornhauser Health Sciences Library or contact Alex Glynn for more specialized assistance.

Belknap Consultation Services

For researchers on the Belknap campus, you can submit a draft of a data management plan via email (tessa.withorn@louisville.edu) or by filling out this form to ensure you include all the necessary information about your project. Please allow approximately 1 week for feedback, which will focus on overarching best practices for data management processes.
