Bangladeshi Elections Web Archive

This collection of websites documents the Bangladeshi General Elections beginning with the 2018-2019 election cycle, up to the present. The websites in this collection cover the political parties taking part in the elections.

Bangladesh on Record

Bangladesh on Record is a digital archive that endeavors to discover, retrieve, collect, preserve and disseminate historical content such as text, images, audio, and video materials related to Bangladesh. Bangladesh on Record started its journey in 2019. It is run by Bangladesh on Record Trust (Registration number: 3991).

South Asian Oral History Project

Interviews (videos and transcripts) with individuals from Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka who immigrated to the Seattle region during key historical events such as the end of WWII, the partition of India and Pakistan, the opening of U.S. immigration laws in 1965 to people from South Asia, and the growth of key technology industries in the region that attracted South Asian students and workers. 

Swadhinata Trust Oral History Project

The Swadhinata Trust is a London-based secular Bengali community group that works to promote Bengali history and heritage amongst young people. The site includes videos and recordings of oral histories of Bengalis living in the United Kingdom and other important information, photos, and links for exploring Bangladesh.
