Emeritus Professor Mark A. Rothstein contributes a piece on the novel health privacy issues raised by the collection, use, and disclosure of extensive and diverse big data for research on precision medicine. Professor Craig Anthony (Tony) Arnold authored a piece with several current and former University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law students introducing two case studies from South Florida to demonstrate the importance of disruptive historical narratives to resilience justice.
