Business Source Premier
Search by keyword or select Company Profiles from the black bar at top of page and enter company name.
Mergent Online
Profiles and financial information for over 23,000 U.S. and International companies, including select private companies. Includes custom report options, 30 years of historical stock prices, SEC filings, annual reports and downloadable financial tables.
Nexis Uni
Click on the drop down menu list next to the Nexis Uni logo in the top left corner. Select Company Dossier and enter company name.

To search for patent data by company, go to https://patents.google.com. You can search and read the full text of patents from around the world.

Type in company name, and if it is recognized by Google there will be a drop down menu option to select the company as the assignee.

Mergent Online
For companies that are currently public, enter company name or ticker symbol and click "go." Select "Filings" tab. Click on "Click here for Edgar search" link. On the form that appears next, enter the appropriate date range and select "Registration Statements" from the drop-down box at the bottom.
