Your professor encourages you to have a public library card to support your work in this class. As outlined in your syllabus and course description, EDTP 245: Children's Literature is designed to introduce you to "a body of children's literature with an emphasis on developing an aesthetic and critical response to literature, experiencing a breadth of genres, and constructing creative ways to use literature with children."
