In my current role, I assist patrons with accessing library resources and with other general inquiries at the RAI consultation desk, by phone, and online. I also support the department and the Libraries through clerical tasks and other projects.
Prior to joining the library, I earned a Master of Science degree from the City University of New York and worked as an engineer for ten years.
