In my role as Assistant Head, I provide guidance and leadership for RAI’s Scholar Services including our new evidence synthesis supports, as well as our traditional research consultation services. I serve as a liaison for humanities and social sciences areas including, Social Work, Pan African Studies, Theatre, and Religion. I provide research assistance at all levels, information literacy instruction, collection support, and outreach. My role in RAI coincides with my role as Director of DEI Initiatives for the U of L Libraries where I work with the Libraries Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Group (DIAG), the Libraries, its administration, and campus networks to advance DEI efforts.
