Your upcoming speeches will require you to cite credible sources to support your claims. In your group, develop at least five criteria that make a source credible and list them here. Be prepared to explain your reasoning.
When searching Google, how do you go about applying your criteria to determine if a source is credible? What do you look for? Where do you look for it? (Example: What can you find out about the credibility of this website? Where did you look?)
In the next activity, we're going to look at a scholarly article about friends with benefits relationships. Go to Google and search for sources you might use in a speech or research paper on friends with benefits relationships. Looking through the results list, do these articles meet your group's standards of credibility?
