You will need to provide the following pieces of information:

• Your first and last name.
• Your UofL email address (you cannot use an outside email to register).

You will also be bound by the following policies:

• Unless otherwise arrangements have been made with the library administration, use of the study room is for academic purposes only.
• During peek semester use you are limited to booking a maximum of 4 hours (240 minutes) per day at the library.
• Bookings are automatically confirmed but library employees reserve the right to cancel or change your booking for any reason.
• You must vacate the room immediately when your reservation has ended.
• You may eat and drink in the room, but you must clean the room of all trash and/or debris before vacating the room.
• You must observe all noise reduction policies.
