Access Materials
Since the Art Library will be closed and the collections unavailable, you can request any items owned by the Art Library through Interlibrary Loan.
Renew Materials
You can renew books through your library account. If unable to renew, contact artlib@louisville.edu for assistance.
Return Materials
You can return library books to the Ekstrom Library circulation desk or any Ekstrom Library book drops.

Research Consultations: Students can schedule online research appointments. Research consultations are available virtually through Microsoft Teams. The Art Librarian will send a link to the online meeting before the appointment.

Printing & Copying
Ekstrom Library has several machines for printing, scanning, and copying. Only 8.5x11 size paper is available.
Scanning
For high resolution scanning, the Art Library's flatbed scanner has a screen size up to 17”x12” and is available for use by appointment during summer 2024. There is no cost for scanning to email or to a thumb drive when using the flatbed scanner.
