What is the difference between the two desks on the first floor of Ekstrom?
- At the East Service Desk (the one in the wing facing the quad) you can checkout/return/renew books and get information (anything from a call number for a book to general information about campus), at the West Service Desk (the one in the wing facing 3rd street) you can do all of that as well as find additional services like equipment checkout (laptops, phone chargers, etc.), RRS pickups, course reserves, Interlibrary Loan, and the Lost and Found.
