The images are vintage printers cuts from an old print shop in Butte Montana. The type is ATF 'Old Town' and is printed with a rainbow roll. The covers are made from Ponderosa Pine that was cut and milled by our cowboy friend Jim Leap in Mariposa California. Item consists of an open-top and open-bottom wooden box within a hardcover binding; the box has 5 horizontal, rolling, wooden pins inserted through it, upon which are afixed 5 pieces of paper serving as pages; the book was letterpress printed, on Peter's handmade paper, using old wood and metal types and images of clocks which Donna carved out of linoleum; the pages contain two quotes ("Time is money"--Ben Franklin; "Geological time is not money"--Mark Twain); the 1st quote in appears on the fronts of the pages; the 2nd quote appears on the backs of the pages and is accessed by rolling the pins; a folded U.S. $1 bill appears through the pins from behind the pages.
