Print, Save, E-mail

Single Record (from a Brief, Long, Table of Contents or MARC Display)
You can quickly print the current citation using the Print command within your web browser.

You can also use the Save Options table at the bottom of the Minerva display screen to save or e-mail a version of the record.

To save or print, select one option in the Record Options  box and select a Download Format from the drop down menu. Click on the Print icon. Once the text displays, save it or copy it to your word processing program and save, or hit the print button.

If you choose the Format for Print/Save option it will print faster and use less paper as the graphics are removed. 

To e-mail, enter your full e-mail address and click on the E-mail icon. E-mail

Multiple Records
You can print, save or e-mail records from a single Titles Display page or from multiple Titles Display pages.

     From a Single Titles Display page:

Select the records you want by clicking the checkbox to the left side of each record.
A checkmark will display in the box of each checked record.

However, if you want to select all the records on the page, you do not need to click the checkboxes. Move to the Save Options table at the bottom of the Minerva display screen.

"All on Page" will print/save/e-mail all citations displayed on the screen.
"Selected on Page" will print/save/e-mail only those citations you have "checked" on the display screen.
"Selected on all pages" will print/save/e-mail those citations you have "checked" on each page of your search.

Select a Format
The "Full Record" option is the default.
"MARC" is a coded format primarily for Library Staff.

To save or print, click the Print/Save button. Once the text displays, you can save the citations to your hard drive or a floppy disk. The citations will display again reformatted for text output. The citations will include basic bibliographic information, library location, call number, and circulation status.
To e-mail, enter your full e-mail address and click on the E-mail icon. E-mail

     From multiple Titles Display pages:

Select the records you want on the first page by clicking the checkbox to the left side of each record. results
A checkmark will display in the box of each checked record.

Click the retain selected icon at the bottom of the Titles Display page before going to the next page. This button must be clicked to saved the marked records on each page.

Repeat this procedure for all pages.

Once you have selected records from all the Titles Display pages, move to the Save Options table at the bottom of the Minerva display screen.
