Print, Save, E-mailSingle Record (from a Brief, Long, Table of Contents or MARC Display) You can also use the Save Options table at the bottom of the Minerva display screen to save or e-mail a version of the record.
To save or print, select one option in the Record Options box and select a Download Format from the drop down menu. Click on the If you choose the Format for Print/Save option it will print faster and use less paper as the graphics are removed. To e-mail, enter your full e-mail address and click on the E-mail icon. Multiple Records From a Single Titles Display page: Select the records you want by clicking the checkbox to the left side of each record. However, if you want to select all the records on the page, you do not need to click the checkboxes. Move to the Save Options table at the bottom of the Minerva display screen. Select Records
"All on Page" will print/save/e-mail all citations displayed on the screen. Select a Format To save or print, click the Print/Save button. Once the text displays, you can save the citations to your hard drive or a floppy disk. The citations will display again reformatted for text output. The citations will include basic bibliographic information, library location, call number, and circulation status. From multiple Titles Display pages: Select the records you want on the first page by clicking the checkbox to the left side of each record. Click the Repeat this procedure for all pages. Once you have selected records from all the Titles Display pages, move to the Save Options table at the bottom of the Minerva display screen. Select Records Select a Format To save or print, click the Print/Save button. Once the text displays, you can save the citations to your hard drive or a floppy disk. The citations will display again reformatted for text output. The citations will include basic bibliographic information, library location, call number, and circulation status. |
