Introduction

Discovering new knowledge or re-discovering old, connecting to thinkers and ideas in the past and present, engaging students in meaningful learning: these define Information Literacy at its best. At LOEX 2005, we'll explore ways that innovative librarians and their institutions are working to integrate Information Literacy and academic programs, to help each member of their community discover, connect, and engage with the world of ideas.

Part of what makes the LOEX conference exciting is the opportunity to meet and share ideas with information literacy professionals from around the country. Registration for the conference is complete, a list of attendees is now available.
