**Conference Evaluation Form--How did we do?**

The University of Louisville, the University of Kentucky, and all the health science librarians in the Bluegrass state invite you to Louisville, Kentucky for the 2006 Midwest Chapter of the Medical Library Association Annual Conference.  The original dates have changed, so mark your calendars for October 7-11, 2006.  The Conference will be held at the brand new Louisville Marriott Downtown, located in the heart of the city alongside many restaurants and entertainment venues, including 4th Street Live, and the St. James Art Fair.  The conference planners look forward to greeting "y'all" in Louisville!
