Retrieval of materials from the stacks

• You must provide a list, including call numbers, of the materials to be pulled for you.
• Immediate retrieval of a few items is available if time and staffing allow. Please make your request at the Reference Desk.
• For a more extensive list of materials to be retrieved, please contact Kelly Buckman, 852-6417 or krbuck01@louisville.edu

• Reference books will be held at the Reference desk. Current periodicals at the Current Periodicals desk. All circulating materials at the Circulation desk.

Photocopying Services*

• The patron must provide citations and call numbers for all journal articles and call numbers and page numbers for all books. The library does NOT photocopy entire books.

• Requests for photocopies of materials should be submitted to Kelly Buckman (Reference Department, 1st floor of Ekstrom Library). If she is unavailable, please leave your request with the reference staff on duty.

• Photocopying requests are processed in the order in which they are received. The lead-time for a larger volume of copying depends on availability of staff and priority of order.

• Photocopies may be picked up at the Reference Desk located on the first floor of the Ekstrom Library. The charge is 10 cents per page to any patron.

* The "fair use" law of Title 17, U.S. Code governs Photocopying. The University Libraries reserve the right to refuse requests it deems in violation of " fair use."
