May 5 - Aug 1, 1997 University of Louisville Photographic Archives

The Hillerich & Bradsby Company Collection consists of over 4000 photographs and the papers of the H&B Public Relations Department which were donated to the University of Louisville in 1986. The photographs, housed in U of L's Photographic Archives, illustrate all phases of the manufacturing of the company's trade-marked Louisville Slugger bats and depict the many major league players who have used and endorsed the Louisville Slugger. The H&B papers, housed in the University Archives and Records Center, contain contracts and correspondence with major league players, historical advertising materials and major league team memorabilia.

Be sure to visit Hillerich & Bradsby's Louisville Slugger Museum located at 800 West Main Street in Louisville.
