Art Library books circulate to full and part-time faculty of the University and to graduate students in the Fine Arts department, the Theatre Arts department, the Humanities Doctoral program, and the Expressive Therapies program. Books also circulate to Metroversity faculty. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis.
The following materials cannot be checked out:
- Periodicals, bound or unbound
- Information and Artist File folders
- Reference Books
- Reserve Books
- Theses and Dissertations
- Rare Books
- CD-ROMs
CIRCULATION POLICY FOR FACULTY
Permanent and temporary faculty are eligible to check out Art Library books with a valid U of L ID card.
LOAN PERIOD:
- Books: 120 days; books can be recalled after 14 days.
- Videos: 3 days; non renewable.
RENEWAL:
Unlimited, unless the book has been recalled by another patron.

Minerva. Click on My Library Account to start the process.
CIRCULATION POLICY FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS

RETURNING BOOKS
Books should be returned to the desk. Since there is no book drop, please let one of the staff know you are returning items so they can be properly discharged. NEVER put the books directly on the book truck until they have been discharged.
