Information Files

The Bridwell Art Library’s Information Files are an exceptionally valuable resource for historical research done on regional and local art organizations, galleries and museums, art collectors and museum directors, colleges and universities, corporations, and other locally important items such as buildings, streets and other regional locations. Often they are the only obtainable sources of information on those artists and or organizations.

These files contain ephemera such as exhibition announcements, newspaper and magazine clippings, press releases, brochures, reviews, small catalogs, and/or reproductions, student papers, etc., on topics related to Louisville, Kentucky, and the region.
